  3. What are the categories?

    There are 2 run categories. Please refer to the price table below.

  4. What is the flag off times for the respective categories?

    The tentative flag-off time for 10km Competitive Run is 7pm and for 4.5km Non-Competitive Run at 8pm.

  5. Are all the runs competitive runs?

    The 10km competitive category is a timed race, while the 4.5km category is non-competitive and non-timed.

  6. How will the top three runners for the competitive run be determined?

    The top 3 winners for both men’s and women’s category for the 10km competitive races are based on “Gun Time”.

  7. Can I register for both categories?

    You may register for both. Do note that that flag-off time for 10km Competitive Run is at 7pm and the 4.5km Non-Competitive Run is at 8pm (Subject to changes).

  8. In the event I am unable to attend the event even though I have registered for it, can my friend take over my slot?

    Run slots are strictly non-transferrable.

  9. If I decide not to do the 10km Competitive Run which I have signed up for, can I do the 4.5km Non-Competitive Run instead and vice versa?

    No, the run category is strictly non-transferrable. Participants are not allowed to change categories once registration is confirmed.

  10. Can I accompany my child for the run without signing up myself?

    No, you will need to register as a participant in order to accompany your child for any run category.

  14. How will I know if my registration has been accepted?

    You will receive an e-confirmation slip upon successful registration to the email address provided during online registration.

  15. Do I get a refund if I am unable to participate after registration?

    No, registration is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  16. How do I register as a group?

    You can register as a group with 30 pax or more. Please email starwarsrunsg@esprimo.com.sg to find out more.

  17. Why did I not receive the confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?

    This could be due to a variety of reasons:

    • Your registration was not successful and therefore the confirmation slip was not rendered.
    • There was an error in your email address at the point of registration so the confirmation slip was not sent to the correct email address.
    • The email has been blocked by your mail server and/or is treated as spam.
    • If you are still unable to retrieve your confirmation slip, please email our enquiries team at starwarsrunsg@esprimo.com.sg for assistance. Please include the following details for more efficient processing of your enquiry: Full Name, NRIC/Passport No. and Contact. We will get back to you within 2 working days.

  18. Will I receive a medal for my participation?

    Yes, all participants will receive a commemorative medal unique to each category and sides they have chosen. There are 4 unique medals – one for each category including 10km Dark/Light side and 4.5km Dark/Light side.

  19. Is there any cut-off time for the 10km Competitive and 4.5km Non-Competitive Runs?

    Yes. The cut-off times from the scheduled flag-off times are as follows:

    • 10km Competitive Run Category: 3 hours
    • 4.5km Non-Competitive Run: 2 hours
    Participants who are still running after the cut-off times are required to follow the general traffic/park rules and run on pedestrian footpaths adjacent to the running route.

  20. Are pets allowed?

    Participants are not allowed to bring their pets along for the run except for service dogs.

  21. Where can I leave my belongings?

    Baggage deposit services will be provided at the Event Site, however, runners are advised to pack light on event day and refrain from bringing valuables to the event.

  22. Will there be distance indicators along the route?

    Yes, distance markers will be placed at every kilometre for the respective running routes.

  23. What if I am injured during the run or unable to complete the run?

    In the event of injury or when assistance is required, please approach any of our route marshals or First Aid personnel who will be located along the entire running route.

  24. Will there be any road closures?

    There may be road closures during the course of the run. Please check back for more information.
